the first mod only disables auto centering, the camera does not move itself relative to global coordinates. Even when the vehicle turns, the camera does not, the camera is attached relative to world coordinates

in this mod, the camera is attached to the coordinates of the vehicle, so when the vehicle turns, the camera turns with it, maintaining its position relative to the coordinates of the vehicle
