To all, if you're an OG GTA whose been playing since GTA been GTA and beat this game 5 years ago on PS4 and again on PS5, switched to PC and jumped right into MODS, we have to complete the Nervous Ron mission in order to unlock the capabilities to purchase a hanger.

Pointless if you don't own a hanger.
