@Frank124 They're from the old gen version, yes.
5 clouds models, which 2 are unique to the original release of the game, one is slightly different between old gen and next gen and other 3 are the same, just with extra clouds added on top (and there's also some textures). The ped damage restores some blood effects on the left hand of the player when crashing with a car

@0riscape I don't know much about NVE, but if im not wrong it has various optionals (such as changes for the map) unless i'm mistaken.
Have you tried with just the base mod?

@SnakeVenom33939 Yes, I can remove one of the two. By not spawning under normal circumstances, you refer to the low priority props? If so, no, because it's much better (and easier) to have a script do it

@ManoBagulho If you don't have other mods installed then you can try with just the Heap and Packfile adjusters
@SnakeVenom33939 Yes, you can install the OIV packages from the latest version on top

@BC9205 I think both mods change some of the assets, so not entirely
@agio20 The mod doesn't add anything related to the cacheloaderdata_dlc.
As for the setup2.xml, you can import it there as the game will load it anyway

@0riscape Are you using the NVE's modloader? If so, I think that might be the problem

@0riscape No, it couldn't be that as it doesn't change any file related to the minimap

@Kramer @0riscape Do you have other mods that changes the minimap?
Anyway, I'm going to upload a new version that should hopefuly stop these "unique" type of issues
