Found this model and texture in player_zero folder but never see michael use it,so i replace highway patrol uniform with this
Installation
comlete "I Fought the Law" Mission to get highway patrol outfit
1.in gta v folder open "x64v.rpf" with OpenIV
2.then open "models/cdimages/streamedpeds_players.rpf/player_zero
3.click edit mode and drag everything inside "outfit" folder to open iv
4.back to "cdimages" and open "streamedpedprops.rpf/player_zero_p"
5.drag everything inside "hat" folder to open iv
6.enjoy!
Known Bugs
the arm patch look covered.

can you pretty please make the jeans from this mission the time has come for Michael they are skinny jeans I think with little black boots his jacket he wears is in that mission you can get but not the the pants he 's wearing in the mission here is a link to the mission https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M_AWemhaK6A and watch until 8:01 were you can clearly the boots and the jeans Michael wears during the mission if you do this me i will give a big thanks
The only problem I have with this is Obviously that you need to Complete a Mission for it. That means you need In-game Requirements to even have this mod working. Everyone wants one that you can just Download and not Complete a Mission for it.
