So I was asked to do Michelle. I found her original face a bit weird in-game but I found and killed that problem.
Just put the file in:
x64e.rpf > models > cdimages > componentpeds_ig.rpf
If you have suggestions or anything else comment on the original mod page and I will see if it's worth my time.
