Is there a way to separate the burnout effects from the backfire effects? I only want the backfire effect.

Would have been perfect if it wasn't for the blocky textures you see when you drive on sand. They look like the image N. Man linked in his comment. Backfire is great though

A year later and I've noticed the blocky looking textures when driving on sand/dirt were because of my game graphics settings. The time I posted my previous comment I was running a potato laptop, GTA graphics were stripped to the bone for my game to be playable but since then I've upgraded my device, and I'm running the game on most graphic settings set to High. I'm now getting the full experience with this mod so 5 stars
