@DeadCruiser I don't no why, are you go to location in map? Are you use map editor? Are you have scriphookv and scripthook.net?
@younsou I'm pretty sure I'm going to the correct area. I am using the map editor. And, I do have both scripthookv and scripthook.net.

Yet the installation is relatively easy, in the root of the game! Don't installing in the "script" file but in your GTAV directory
Do I need to spawn the aircraft carrier before loading the mod??
@DeadCruiser Normally the aircraft carrier is part of the map of the game, so the best is to get there and loaded "ultimate racetrack" map
I fifured it out. I was not going far enough to where the map actually loads. thank you.
