Installation [FiveM_Replace]:
Drag and drop the "M17" folder somewhere in your folder hierarchy on your server and now go to the server.cfg and add a new line called "ensure M17".
Ingame you can spawn your weapon with the name "weapon_combatpistol".
I recommend to use a command to give you the weapon or vMenu

Why is there a German flag, SIG is Swiss?
@The Zig I checked it real quick and the Swiss SiG is for the high caliber weapons like the SiG 550 and the German company is for pistols. The HQ from SiG is in Eckernfoerde in Germany.
