1.2 The window covers for the sub now raise automatically, no more adding as extras
1.1 Animated the car and added submersible to it as it should be, also changed interior close to the movie car. i know orange carpet, what can I say the 70,s was mad. Enjoy.
Known Issue's No sound when changing, just started with animation so still learning.
The Lotus Esprit S1 was used in the filming of the 1977 James Bond classic film The Spy Who Loved Me. During the filming process, the Lotus Esprit S1 was affectionately dubbed Wet Nellie. The famous car is the holy grail of all the Bond cars, and that says quite a lot. Wet Nellie became the first "car-submarine" to appear on the big screen and people immediately fell in love with it.

Install instructions
First, go to gta5 / mods / update / x64 / dlcpacks
Make a new folder, name it "lotusesprits1", and drag dlc.rpf into the folder.
Then, go to gta5 / mods / update / update.rpf / common / data
Edit dlclist.xml, add "dlcpacks:/lotusesprits1/"
spawn name lotusesprits1
vehfuncs features - Working wiper --------- Place the lotusesprits1.ini file in to your vehfuncs folder

Unfortunately with this rim texture paint 4 made little to no difference so I disabled it for the time being allowing paint 4 to be used elsewhere if need be . If the rims are too shiny I am fairly certain it's just a case of tweaking the spec map texture (chrome_2) to be darker.

@kjb33 Just tested...dayuuum...thank you!!! The mod was already A+ and it's now incredible! You definitely pushed the envelope to the next level! It's got all the transforming bits in there too working as they should with smooth transitions, even the roof missile shooting thing and the propellers at the back. Nice interior too!
