1. Navigate to "\x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\"
2.Drag cavalcade.yft, cavalcade_hi.yft and cavalcade.ytd to vehicle.rpf with OpenIV
3. Done, use any trainer to spawn the car
FOR ADDING DIALS:
1. Navigate to Mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5
2. Drag vehicle.meta file to this path with OpenIV .
3. Close it and open game and play dials will be working.
