@Capajor I don't blame you if you are new to modding. Here is a detailed step by step guide:
REQUIREMENTS:

If you don't have a x64 folder in your GTA/mods/update folder, then do this:
1. Go back to your main GTA V game directory.
2. Open the original update folder (the one outside the mods folder). Then copy the x64 folder.
3. Go back to your main directory, open the mods folder, then open the update folder. And paste the x64 folder right there

Once it finishes copying, you can go into that new mods\update\x64\dlcpacks folder and delete any other DLC folders inside it to save disk space, leaving it empty. Then, simply drop your FALK_FH6Roads folder inside.

For the next part, open OpenIV and click the "Edit mode" button on the top right of the panel.
Navigate to mods > update> update.rpf > common > data > and locate dlclist.xml
Right click dlclist.xml and press edit mode. A panel with lines of code would show up.

Look for the very last line that says </Paths>.Click just before that </Paths> tag, press Enter to create a new blank line, and paste this exact line: <Item>dlcpacks:/FALK_FH6Roads/</Item>
Then press save on the bottom right.
