@Wolero Perhaps you have less than 1 in steerWheelMult parameter in vehicles.meta file.
@ikt strAdvancedFlags400000 affects the mass as well as the mass of the flywheel. fInitialDriveForce, fDriveInertia, fInitialDriveMaxFlatVel are configured correctly with the flywheel changes. It is the rpm limiter that is lacking, for realism.

100 - Free roll.
A000 (2 + 8) 2 - Softer passing of bumps with tires. (not sure). 8 - More precise tire grip.
20000 - Tires cliping bumps.
800000 - Increased mass.
strAdvancedFlags 24448000 (feels like):
20000000 - Increased tire traction.
4000000 - Body inertia.
400000 - Body weight.
40000 - Stiffer suspension spring.
8000 - Smoothing suspension bouncing.

@ikt There's no rev limiter in this mod. GTA doesn't limit revs, but Manual Transmission can provide this if wanted.
Severe rpm limit? I have limited.) But I need to set the number of revolutions of a particular engine. There are large, slow-rpm diesel engines, and there are high-rpm gasoline engines. If I tune fInitialDriveForce and DriveMaxVel, I get either insufficient or excessive thrust and speed. I try very hard to make maximum realism, and your mods (the best mods!) Help a lot with this! But I would like some kind of solution to limit rpm of a particular engine. =)
@ikt Corrections and additions to the previous comment: Now I was rolling and noticed that the custom camera, at any landing, does not display rain drops and traffic lights (very dim). The sounds in the car can be compared by pressing the mouse 2. AWD no adaptation when driving backward. Apparently the game has a tough center differential lock, because with AWD 1-55% forward, the car slips less in turns at high speed, better off-road capability with high slopes! Indication of AWD, LSD, (preferably with numbers) and Launch Control is required.
@ikt Hi bro! I wanted to write all this for a long time) Bugs: The options to hide the player/steering wheel only work if you enter the car in the first person. If you enter from a third person, with the custom camera turned on, you cannot see the raindrops, traffic lights (also the "Racing radar and proximity indicators" mod does not work). The custom camera does not make, sound inside the car. "Hill Grawity workaround" handbrake does not stop on a slope.

The adaptive all-wheel drive can be configured with the fMaxDriveBiasTransfer parameter (but does not work), also strAdvancedFlags>4< forcibly enables fMaxDriveBiasTransfer, but without adaptability. Please enable AWD, parameter fMaxDriveBiasTransfer = ** with fDriveBiasFront = 0!

Hi bro! I have collected 3 large dlc with different cars for a very long time and have been using this mod for a long time. I registered real gear ratios for cars, but the gear ratios in the game are not correct - the car has too high speed, or does not accelerate to maximum. DriveMaxVel is similar in action to engine speed, respectively power. One more final drive gear is missing, which will multiply the DriveMaxVel parameter! Then DriveMaxVel can be left for sufficient power, and the final drive parameter can be used to set the correct speed at the real gear ratios! =)
