Please specify what mods you are running, if you are running Steam version of GTA V or Epic Games or Rockstar Games and I will help you out, I know some people has this issue while some has no issues at all but I will do my best to fix this issue tonight! :)

Yes the main focus was to get the original EVE to work with Voukoder again and for the Legacy version of GTA as its something people are used with, in the next comming days there will most likely be a stable release of EVER with FFMPEG instead which is bundled directly into the mod which will be plug and play.
I also hope with the help of my developer partner to release a website where you can adjust FFMPEG settings & presets and preview a short video clip to see exactly the difference between various presets and settings!

In the near future I hope to iron out some bugs and also implement some more robust handling to make sure everything is optimal for the end user aswell as perhaps introduce some new features, like removing restrictions from the Rockstar Editor so there is no need for any other mods! :)

There is a issue open here: https://github.com/MiffedLyric559/EVER/issues/7 for Enhanced support, currently there are some issues in the mod that I need to fix first but once I feel like the mod is stable and works like its supposed to I will definitely look into adding Enhanced support!

@Nemsei You have complete control over the visual quality, you can export it in a complete lossless format if you want.
There are 2 versions, v1.0.0 uses the original Voukoder just like original EVE does, the other versions uses FFMPEG directly which is more up to date.
In general the behaviour is the same but with more fixes and proper audio and video synchronization at high FPS & motion blur sampling.

@414Bishop I have not tried ENB myself so I can't really help much there, perhaps this: https://www.lcpdfr.com/forums/topic/134277-enb/ or similar topics on Google might help.

@umhshiromon I assume that you mean that Reshade is not loading properly in GTA V, I did had this issue and fixed it a while back ago. Since I mostly use FiveM I do not remember exactly what I did to fix it, there should be some guides on google so try and see if any of those posts help.
