YOU PUT FILE IN GTA 5 ROOT and you have to use reshader to load it up - no reshader = it wont work
ye fix the mod IT DONT WORK
i got this awesome m od set to max 120 frames and force vsync on and now i can play this game alot better with no more stupid slowdowns when things go BOOM and thank F*** i now got a SSD fitted to my pc and no more hard disk drive :D

im using this on the NaturalVision outdated mod and it works fine and has boosted my FPS good job <3
EVERYONE DO NOT USE GTA5 REDUX MOD - it nurfs the firework launcher so i deleted mods made new mod folder fresh installed natrual vision outdated mod and then Real | RAGE V - Graphics Enhancer and the firework launcher now works as it should so best tip i can give is
1 install natrual vision outdated
2 Real | RAGE V - Graphics Enhancer
both work fine and no slowdown wat so ever :D
