@ReNNie i know, you really always learn something new, it feels like there's no end to this game :) unfortunately the beach club isn't going well, there are never any guests... but it works!

@ReNNie i took a look, the missing props are from the cayo perico dlc, i'm not sure why they are not loading for you. have a look at the settings of your custom dlc pack, maybe you can fix something or another mod is doing problems :)
it could also be that they were simply stolen...

@Stallix I have embedded the collision in the 3D model especially for this case. you can remove or reposition it yourself with codewalker.
