The car in the video is using a turbocharger script preset for amplified power. In its stock form which you get from downloading the mod without downloading my turbo script config, it is in fact stock in performance.
This is the top-of-the-line skyline model of this generation, made rare by the oil crisis of the day. It wasn't a straight-line hero unlike vintage muscle cars, but it could corner pretty well for the time and it was a fine drive for the time.
If you're here just to trashtalk a model you do not like IRL or in a game, you're in the wrong place for that.
>The real model itself did not represent anything - just a Japanese cheap thing for the layman. Nothing special, not a sports car.
(You must be confusing a regular C110 with this rare performance GT-R variant?
> The angle of the "tilt" of the wheels is incorrect (open the Internet and find this stock model, look and make sure), I did not like the settings of the behavior of the car on the road (the author's desire to make control as in car simulator games is clearly visible. The question is why? GTA is an arcade action game, if you want to play a simulator , I'd rather include a couple of real simulators, but not GTA). When braking, the rear axle "runs". This happens IF THE REAR BRAKE PADS HAVE FAILED. Clearly you are not a driver at all.
(The "tilt" you see is very minor camber values in handling.meta to improve vehicle control. If you don't like it, easy to set to complete 0, or swap the handling.meta lines out. Have some DIY for once.
Who are you to tell us what to play? If I want my cars to drive like a simulator in GTA (which is entirely possible given all the assets and scripts available), why shouldn't I? If you're so pedantic about this, you should know how easy it is to switch to an "arcade" handling preset - R* has you covered there with lines for more than 300+ of their cars...
The braking has no ABS as is realistic for this era - That said, the brake bias is decently forward-biased based on the weight distribution, in this case the front brakes take 65% of braking power, where weight distribution is mimicking 55% front. So as far as I'm concerned, NOTHING is wrong with the brakes and brake-influent parameters.
Clearly you are not logical at all.
@hussbox it's unreleased and i dont just hand it out to people, it's also not mine.
@hussbox It's a custom file I generated out of a R* file. I can send you just the alert sound itself if you can contact me in my Discord.
@TheRealM67v due to the limitation of only using samples provided by GTA V, I had to combine what was essentially V8 and V12 samples to get that AMG-growl style going on, among other things.
@GodBlessingDH I already baked one into the EXHAUST_DECEL.wav but I believe I placed it too early into the duration for this particular wav's playback ingame, and from what ive seen in youtube videos they dont even crackle.
@WeaselHoarder For a fee maybe, provide sources too.
@Degas I see, thanks for documenting. Normally I wouldn't consider the gameconfig as a possible factor, but then again this is a mod that installs 40+ soundbanks which is probably the highest amount on this site so far. I have had silent sounds for no apparent reason that magically get fixed by a game restart or such, they weren't internally broken.
@jjjj50509 if it wasn't then i wonder how at least 3 flight sim rp servers that I know of are using my mod without issues...
