In case anyone else has issues opening the file in the future, use WinRAR and not 7Zip. The archive here has some kind of error that prevents 7Zip from opening it, but WinRAR does it fine.
Looks awesome, I like it a lot. However, the LOD model is terrible and it's very noticeable when the real model pops in, and the LS customs mods don't show up.
Beyond those little issues, it's awesome!
Nice, thanks.
I've put all the files in the right spots, but I don't have the new mods (just stock Dukes mods) and every car is spawned with a chrome roof (which I can respray as secondary color).
I'm assuming that the secondary color is supposed to be for the paintable grille? It's applying to the roof instead for me. Does anyone know how to fix this? I used every file from this mod and put them in their proper places.
That's all good, I had a feeling you couldn't. Awesome work anyhow man.
I'd be thrilled with a lifted version. Is it possible do do lifts with the variant system, like you can with rollbars and bumpers? That'd be cool.
Excellent job on this. Reminds me of a short bed K10 Chevy. I think the tires are a good size as-is, they fit neatly in the wheel wells and there isn't enough uptravel when driving around to notice any clipping. If people want smaller ones, LS Customs replacement wheels are a bit smaller (these look about like 37s to me, the LS customs tires look like 33s or 35s). I love the roll bar variant, and I haven't seen the cap version, but it looks neat. Additionally, this mod handles very well without modification, which is nice to see in a mod.
All in all a very nice mod, and a welcome replacement for the very urban trucks in GTA already (aside from the Sandking and Rebel).
Does the mod currently work on the latest version of GTA?
Oh hey, I was just reading through the comments and I saw you talk about where you lived. I'm from Port Huron, just across the river from Sarnia. Might be why I love your mods so much, I've been trying to replace all the GTA cars with real ones you might see around Detroit. All the fancy foreign cars people like to make just don't do it for me.
@EPICYOKI It's a real car, made by Nash and later by AMC in the 50s. However, Doc Hudson from Cars was this model of car.
