@andrew10ok sure!, #abrar4971
@andrew10ok Hey, thanks for the explanation! I really appreciate you clarifying the issue.
That makes a lot of sense. RDE and RDE E&E do spawn their own ambient police backup, which can cause conflicts with the mod’s police units (cops fighting each other). I’ve updated the file to address this kind of compatibility problem.
You can download the latest version again now. Let me know if you’re still experiencing any issues after updating, I’ll be happy to help further.
Thanks again for the feedback! 🙏
@andrew10ok Hey, thanks for asking!
Right now police backup is part of the reinforcement system and can't be disabled separately yet. However, I'm planning to add more customization options in a future update, including the ability to toggle or adjust specific factions (like police, FIB, NOOSE, etc.).
I'll keep this in mind while working on the next version. Appreciate the feedback!
@ihatesunny Hey, thanks for the feedback!
Yeah I get it. Some players want a quicker, more realistic fight instead of full chaos mode. Being able to disable corpse despawning, reduce reinforcement intensity, and have backups actually drive in instead of spawning in your face are all solid suggestions.
I'll try to add more customization options for this in the next update.
Appreciate you playing the mod and leaving feedback!
@psychorider Thanks for the feedback bro.
Yes, this can happen if the dealership location is set too far from the vehicle stock area or if the parking lot has awkward pedestrian pathing. Buyers use GTA V pedestrian/navigation behavior, so in some open areas they may walk around the pedestrian zone instead of going directly to the cars.
For best results, set the dealership location close to the center of your vehicle stock, then register the cars after parking them properly around that area. A custom dealership map/building can also help a lot because it gives the mod a cleaner and more realistic place for buyers, staff, and vehicles to move around.
I will also keep improving the buyer pathing and dealership detection area in future updates so it works better in more locations.
After you place the DealershipBoss.cs file inside your GTA V scripts folder and start the game, the mod will automatically create its own folder inside scripts called DealershipBoss.
Inside that folder, the mod will store its own config, settings, and saved dealership XML files.
Folder example:
GTA V/scripts/DealershipBoss/
Your saved dealer locations will be stored here:
GTA V/scripts/DealershipBoss/SavedLocations/
So you do not need to create those folders manually. Just install the .cs file, start the game, open the menu with NumPad1, set up your dealership, then save your dealer location from the Save & Load menu.
If you find any bugs or issues, feel free to leave feedback with details so I can improve the mod in future updates.
Important:
Press NumPad1 to open the Dealership Boss menu.
Start by setting your dealership location, then register vehicles from Vehicle Stock while sitting inside the car. Save your dealership setup from Save & Load if you want to keep your dealer location and stock.
Keep only one DealershipBoss.cs file active in your scripts folder.
If you find any bugs or issues, feel free to leave feedback with details so I can improve it in future updates.
@QuesoEMano Yes, I understand what you mean.
The current instant cleanup system was originally added to reduce FPS drops and help prevent crashes. During longer battles, there can be a large number of gang members, police units, and other entities spawning over time. If dead bodies keep stacking up without any cleanup, it can affect both performance and stability.
That being said, your FIFO idea is a good suggestion. Keeping a limited number of dead bodies, for example the last 4 bodies, and only removing the oldest one when the limit is exceeded, could make the battles feel more realistic while still keeping performance under control.
I may consider adding this as an optional menu setting in a future update, so users can adjust the body cleanup limit based on their own preference and PC performance.
Regarding contributions, yes, I’m very open to suggestions, bug reports, testing feedback, feature improvements, and other ideas. Any feedback from the community really helps me improve the mod. Thanks for the suggestion!
@Papychulos Thank you so much, bro. I’m glad you like the new update and the menu design. I’ll keep improving this mod with more fixes, features, and better gameplay in future updates 🙂
