This reminds me of Max Payne 3, where the UFE wear helmets that can withstand one bullet, making headshots more difficult.

I always wanted someone to recreate that in GTA, glad to see someone did!

@Pluma_1980 This is great, some errors I found was that all of the streetlights are floating off the ground, some trees too.

And a random no bikes allowed sign in the middle of the entrance for some reason lol

Beside those errors, this is great!

I remember seeing these guys operate out of a theater in an abandoned mall some years back, seems like they've taken up arms now!
