@HKH191 this mod could be great but it's so painfully difficult to get working because the zip archive and the installation instructions are completely disorganized and out of date. you say that Naudio is included in the zip but it's not. your pictures of the GTAV root and scripts folders do not match the files you included in the latest zip. an overhaul of proper installation instructions could make this mod truly the best thing going for singleplayer but right now it's very annoying.

these mods need thourough fixing. They are full of bugs and they definitely slow the FPS

Oh god, where to begin with this one? This is the mod that made me think that you don't test any of your mods before releasing them. After Hours businesses don't work at all, and have led to extremely odd bugs in my game (e.g. the radio being muffled and hearing the Princess Robot Bubblegum show instead). Motorcycle club businesses are also extremely buggy. Entering the club disables the radio wheel somehow, half the time it doesn't load the vehicles you put in there, and that's just the club itself. All of the associated businesses share the same issues, such as the value of your stock not increasing as the stock itself increases, and a literal never ending army of Ballas, GSFs, and Vagos assaulting you whenever you decide to sell your stock. The only way to survive them is to use invincibility. That's not even mentioning the fact that the police still come after you during these missions. Also, the horde of gang members that spawn tend to cause the script to crash. I haven't tried the rest of the businesses, but seeing how buggy these two were, I'm good.
