The mod, Single Player Apartment, has a pretty self-explanatory title (as per usual), coming to us and adds all of the properties players could purchase in GTA Online. Including Apartments from the High Life DLC and Executives and Other Criminals DLC.
Features:
- All High-End Apartments, All Stilt Houses, All Medium-End Apartments, All Low-End Apartments, All High-End Garages, All Medium-End Garages and All Low-End Garage to spend your $2,147,483,647!
- Every High-End Apartment, Stilt Houses and Medium-End Apartment comes with a 6 Car Garage, Low End Apartment comes with a 2 Car Garage for a Total of 542 Cars can be save to your Garages!
- Every saved Car is your Personal Vehicle, and your Mechanic will happy to send you your Personal Vehicle to anywhere in the world! Just give him a call.
- Interaction with Prop just like GTA Online, You can watch TV & Changing your clothes!

When i wnet to go purchase it it dosent show prices
it crashed my game
Was working good for a bit but then randomly stopped working
hello good afternoon!! the mod is excellent however when I install the INMNative ui the cell phone on the internet in the game it doesn't work anymore!!! only error appears!!!

@lossantosexports to avoid fps drops i only enables 1 or 2 of each tier house & garage
cant buy them though the menu doesnt do anything when about to buy, no price either

Hey can anybody here help me? I installed everything properly, but i cannot actually buy the apartments. When i get close to the blue spot, the menu shows up, i hit enter/confirm but it doesnt react.
why this mod does not work with menyo. i hate nativeui from the bottom of my heart. WE NEED A COMPATIBILITY UPDATE FFS.
@edi12312 Yeah i noticed when using menyo stuff game crashes faster. Not worth i will unistall now.
Is there any way to get the Dynasty 8 site working? It will help me decide which properties I want to enable or disable, and I can't find a more convenient map anywhere online. The mod as is relies on you already knowing which properties you want (Memorizing all of them) or driving to each location and checking it out or looking up each individual property to see if it's worth getting or not (Time wasting)

Well this is a pretty awful FAQ response, especially considering that properties don't respect which save file you're using. If you want the real answer you can't sell properties, but you can open "SPAII Setting.exe" go to Properties, go to the property you don't want anymore and change the owner to "Nobody"
The houses appear on the map but when i go up to any of them, i cant buy them, nothing comes up. does someone have any idea why?

when i go in my garages i get a doubled version of my car spawning ontop of the other. and when im inside a building or garage and i open my map, it shows that i am across the city. annnnddd when i save my game inside a building or garage, i have to teleport to get out lmao
Hi, I have seen that the mod interferes with the game missions, they disappear and I cannot do them, if the mod is available, please fix it
