@Think_Tank: Civilian cars also auto-center. You can see this when they leave their vehicle. Most noticeable on police cars as they tend to get out in a hurry.

I've updated this but I feel unsure about releasing a 1.1 since this already exists. Also the binary grew 100kb in size for whatever reason (probably because VS2017 and default project settings differences)

Does this still work?

This works, but the wheel only remains in the position we want for a few minutes, then back to normal, is it possible to fix?

Thank you for this updated version, can confirm it still works, even with addon vehicles. Extremely simple, does exactly as advertised. Very useful when trying to take "stylish" screenshots.
