@BlackBaron This is a replace, follow the instructions in readme, you can also choose what pants you wanna replace. yes you can spawn it with some trainers, e.g. Menyoo.
sadly you cant use menyoo until febuary next year (i dont know why)
but you can spawn it with this mod:

If i have some clothing mod for example leather jacket and file is - uppr_diff_021_a_uni and another mod with another jacket with same number -uppr_diff_021_a_uni , in game I will see only last installed right? it replace first mod or.... ?

@BlackBaron yes, but i also say in readme that you can rename the file, rename it in uppr_diff_021_b_uni or "c" / "d" whatever, then you are able to install and keep everything at the same time
