STEP BY STEP:

0. Move The T-Shirt File To Dekstop. [Optional]
1. Open OpenIV

[If you don't have mods folder I recommend creating one, you can find tutorials how to create one on YouTube etc.]

2. Locate x64.rpf > models > cdimages > streamedpeds_players.rpf > player_one
3. Find uppr_diff_004_c_uni.ytd [Dont forget to have "edit mode" on.]
4. Double-click the file and on the top press replace with the new file. Click save.
5. Exit OpenIV and you will be ready to play.

You can wind your T-Shirt in Franklins wardrobe [T-Shirt Section]
