Dreads Pack for Frank
This was my first Dread pack I made and I have learnt quite a lot in this timespan
and I thought updating it to my current level would be nice to bring them and myself back in the Game.

@Sming These are rogun's dreads from the good old days. Possible to recreate sure.
@NOTVAN0SS Please do it, it would be dope. I have seen similar dread style but it looked for like plastic sticks on head https://no.gta5-mods.com/player/new-dreads and didn't look good at all. Looking forward to yours.
