Here is my LAPD skin for the 2016 Chevy Express van. I made this skin for my own game as I wanted a more LAPD style van for prison transports to fit in with my game. This livery is not based upon a real design as I'm not sure if the LAPD even use these vehicles. This is simply my take on an LAPD style Chevy Express.

@thedmac91, sir if you going to say this is t0y van you need to also include my name, i was the one to make this possible, I was the one that spent long hours making this model for you guys. i don't want to take any credit from him, but this is my model i made it just like God made all things possible. I don't want any praise or anything but i put to much time into making this. So can you please fix the credits. And me and t0y decide to work together were he make the skins for you guys and i make the model so a little credit would be nice if you don't mind
