Enhanced Emergency Lights Pack [NON ELS] 1.1

This is a replacement pack for the majority of the default emergency vehicles in the game. Each vehicle is still stock, however the textures for the lights have been modified to have a more vibrant and bright color. This also fixes the amber looking red lights on the stanier based bars and the fire truck.
Install vehicles To: update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday22ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
(or your latest patchday)
I made this originally for personal use but decided to share it with anyone who could make use of it. Further updates to come in time.
