FIX : ALL THE FLICKERING GRASS,PLANT AND LEAVES !!
ALL CREDIT GOES TO Oscar Street
i am just fixed it :)
If there anyting problem,crash,missing texture

Installation Tutorial:
> Extract "Mod" folder
> Run OpenIV
> Locate To C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64i.rpf\levels\gta5\props\procedural\v_proc1.rpf\
> Click "Edit Mode"
> Click The Green Plus Sign
> Select all files inside "Mod" folder
Remember if you like this mod, you can leave a "Like" rating on the Gta5-Mods post; or if you're feeling
extra generous - a donation! (OfficialOscar@outlook.com)
PLEASE NOTE: PostFX may break this mods textures. If it looks weird, change it to normal setting.

Fix the POSTfx problem.I can't put it at normal dude.It helps you a lot with other effects

Just set ur grass to high not ultra
coz if ultra = fps killa dude :D
@AntiVVeaboo no i mean like the vegetation except the grass.. see, if you disable grass from settings, all you see is normal trees, so i mean will this mod work there?

Hi, I thought your files had to be added, not replace vanilla ones. So now I didn't do backup. Can you send me the vanilla files? If yes I send you my email. Thx

man i need help! once I download the lower vegetation mod and now there is no option in the setting of grass level...I want this but coz of that, this doesnt works help me fast
