This dispatch.meta increases the radius you have to escape from the cops and the time you have to hide from them.
Simple.
I have included original dispatch.meta also for backup.
Instructions
You NEED OpenIV 2.6.
1. Open OpenIV
2. Go to update > update.rpf > common > data
3. Enable edit mode
4. Copy dispatch.meta that I provided and put it here.

what do I do to edit the the time? I want the time to be quick when escaping. like 1 second lol. I also edited my dispatch file for my no wanted by police mod.
Can you make a version that include Better Wanted Level System Police Spawning by Yard1 ?

@lexo1000 it's easy to modify it. Open it in note pad. Scroll down to <HiddenEvasionTimes>
the lower the value, the faster the *stars* disappear

This is much better. Cops are way too easy on pc, did rockstar nerf them like crazy? This makes the cops way more harder and when the cops come after me, even on a 1 star, I know shit is about to get real, that's the way it should be
