This mod is taken from an older version of the Previous Generation HUD by DroidRZRLover, specifically version 3.5 (This version is long abandoned and these files are not used by the latest version of the mod). What it does is simply bring back the old-gen icons into the game. It works perfectly in single-player, though I'm not sure about Online. Since these are old-gen icons, they might be missing some icons from newer DLC updates. I wanted to upload this here because no one else has done it yet.
Update 1.1
Now the archive has .dds next-gen blips in the style of old-gen icons, with shipyard, hangar, and helipad icons replaced. If you wish to use the vanilla minimap.gfx or any mod that uses next-gen icons, replace these two .dds files inside minimap.ytd.
Installation Instructions:
1. Open OpenIV.
2. Enable Edit Mode.
3. Navigate to: /GTA V/Update/Update.rpf/x64/patch/data/cdimages
4. Copy minimap.gfx, minimap.ytd, and replace them.

In my opinion it would be better to just add a thicker outline to vanilla icons, this way you get oldgen feeling + higher quality + not having to edit minimap.gfx, and replace some of the icons that are actually unique in oldgen (like the helipad/hangar)
@HeySlickThatsMe Sure but I wanted this to be the real thing, than it being a reacreation.
@Hillionliat Is it compatible with either the "Remastered Old-Gen Minimap" by @Alex106 or "Yet Another Old Gen HUD" by @Snowblake. Because it would be good to mix all these mods together for better old-gen experience
