This comprehensive mod has many flags to choose from, up to 25 flags. The aim of this mod is to replace the default flags in the game allowing you to personalise the game even more!

ALL files have been converted to an OIV file for an easy installation.
Requirements:
Installation Guide (README File):
Head on over to: flagoverhaul.dan-gleeson.co.uk/download/guide
Or use the guide below:
1- You NEED OpenIV (get it from the link I included)
2- Open OpenIV
3- Along the bar at the top, Click on Tools > Package Manager
4- Then Locate the OIV file & CLick open
5- Once opened you should get the option to install. Click it. ***
6- ALWAYS install to "MODS FOLDER"
7- Then Confirm and it should install automatically.
*** - If you want to make a backup you can, I suggest so.

@CitiZeN030 Apologies for the late reply. No not at all… the flags will be updated around the map. For example; All flags in sandy shores, paleto bay etc..
