This mod makes it so all cops, SWAT, Merryweather and guards spawn with miniguns making police shootouts that extra bit challenging. Helicopter gunners only spawn with CombatMGs as they cannot use miniguns in a chopper seat.
Installation:
Open OpenIV, Enable Edit Mode,
Navigate to update/update/rpf/common/data/ai,
Backup and then delete loadouts.meta,
Drag and drop loadouts.meta into OpenIV.
Updates:
v1.1 - Increased ammo
v1.0 - Initial release
Upcoming updates:
- I will try and make it so the FIB agents/detectives spawn with miniguns so people using mods that spawn them can use this

I will try and make it so the FIB agents will spawn with Miniguns so anyone using the mods that spawn FIB in during police chases will be able utilize this.

Obama just banned cops of having military styled equipment. Obama banning this kind of mod in 3...2...1....
Can you make it so that the LSPD have a low chance of spawning with miniguns?
I don't want all of them spawning with miniguns, just a very few of them.
There is a glitch that the firefighters also have miniguns and they think they can put out fire with miniguns. Can fix this glitch.
@smittyjaja There is A Glitch were Firefighters also have miniguns.
Make the Police, FBI, SWAT and the USMC have 50% of all their dispatched Personal with miniguns because if all have miniguns, it will be so UNFAIR for Heists.
This mod should be updated when those cops drive by all the time and don't stop.
