This is a script mod called "Caught Lackin". it replaces the "wasted" banner with "Caught Lackin" to bring a hood or Chicago them style to single player.
This Is a remake mod that i made from @andre500 here is the orginal mod link : https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/custom-wasted-busted-title .

you can change the name in the configuration file in the folder : CustomText.ini
installation : Must have scripthookv and scripthookvdotnet ,scripts folder , simpley drag and drop into the folder , scripts and run the game .

@amiribandzz I'm sorry, but I believe that caught lacking would make way more sense in the context of being busted, rather than wasted. After all, that's when you actually get caught lacking. Just a suggestion.
@Think_Tank caught lackin is for wasted only , like a shootout or a fight either way you get caught lacking . as i was gonna pu f*** 12/ police for the busted , i have a chi-raq simulator otw

@amiribandzz so i have it installed but for me it doesnt actually get rid of the wasted, caught lackin comes up just as the screen goes black so its wasted and then quickly your text
