@Slade Deville I followed through with the instructions and it worked. I am also on SP btw. You have to drag and drop the "dinerls" folder in mods - update - 64x - dlcpacks and drop the file there. You then need to follow this path, mods - update - update.rpf - common - data. Scroll down until you see the dlclist.xml. right click then edit the file and add this line of text. <Item>dlcpacks:/dinerls/</Item>
Now it should be working and I hope this helped.

@imtoxic Oh okay thanks! I had this working and used it quite a lot for some scenes but now when I go there I fall thru and it disappears. Are you using the latest game version or an old one?

@Slade Deville I'm using the latest game version, when you enter the diner you have to sprint quickly to avoid falling.
