Outstanding. Really impressed with the design and the little details, especially considering it's all from scratch (not added onto an existing dwelling). The only real drawback is this house murders my framerate. I love how most of the glass in the house is breakable, but it seems way too fragile. Just brushing against it can break it. The lighting at night is really nice, well done.

Doesn't spawn correctly at all. Tried spawning right in front of the place and still messed up. Got all DLCs and latest updates.
