This is like every other weapon camo mod - You need to stop layering them over the gun with zero effort. Layer the camo under the weapon components, like the muzzle breaks on the Shotgun (Holes on the top of the barrel) or the Pump, Stock, Handle, etc...

If you have Photoshop or Paint.net (Which, any texture modder should. Paint.net is free, and early Photoshop licenses are less expensive now.) You can just duplicate the Shotgun layer and remove everything but these textures (Pump, Handle, Stock, Barrel) and place the Saints Logo Pattern underneath. Not even exaggerating, it is THAT simple.

It's just bad. You didn't even try. Anyone can make a pattern of the Saints symbol and paste it over the texture.
