HERE activate "edit mode" and drag & drop "voyage85" folder from the .zip file archive
HEN go to gta5 / mods / update / update.rpf / common / data /
HERE find "dlclist.xml" right click on it and choose "edit"
at the bottom of the file above "" add this line
dlcpacks:dlcpacks:/voyage85/
And the save it and replace it back to his place.

Só acho que essa tradição de vários carros BRs virem sem placa funcional por conta de propaganda meio meh. Bota propaganda sua em todo canto do carro possivel, não ligo pra isso, mas para quem faz patrulhas no fivepd ou lspdfr complica, usar veiculos sem emplacamento funcional quebra imersão demais.

Bota em qualquer canto do carro, taca tudo, amuleto, pendura emblema, no porta malas, capo, portas, sei lá, mas deixa placa usável, só opinião minha já que vejo isso mais em carros feitos por BRs.
