+Optional Seat Belts - You absolutely will not be ejected through the windshield ever for any reason, some dlc cars not yet included. If you want to use this mod only for the seat belt you need to only install vehicles.meta files and ignore handling.meta.
+Optional Deformation - There are 5 levels of deformation included in the mod. None, Vanilla, More than vanilla, way more, and way way way more.

Hello, this mod alters the vehicles in the list below. I changed the vehicles to be more fun to drive, for example, the off-road vehicles are better off-road, the super cars can 4 wheel drift if you're good enough(only 4wd cars apply), the trucks are lifted a little, the compacts are lowered a little as are the sports cars. Most cats have upgraded brakes, grip, power, and more. A lot of the miscellaneous vehicles are silly/fun/extreme. Every vehicle is tested by me.
Please make any requests or changes in the comments and I will release it in the next update.

Installation Instructions:
Install video tutorial available on this page
1) Verify you have OpenIV installed and can access your game files, you can not edit the game without this program!!!!!!
2) Unzip this mod file- important!
3) There are 3 files in this mod, they go in 3 different places. Only choose one of each option for each file.
The folders of each file are named accordingly to where they need to be.
4) Use OpenIV to navigate to the directories listed below:
update.rpf- replaces handling.meta in \Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data
Vehicles.meta\update- replaces vehicles.meta in \Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5
Vehicles.meta\mphipster- replaces vehicles.meta in \Grand Theft Auto V\x64w.rpf\dlcpacks\mphipster\dlc.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5
In each of those directories: Using OpenIV, right click on the file, click replace, navigate to the unzipped folder of this mod, choose the folder with the same name as the directory, open that, choose the file to replace, click ok.
Each folder of the download has its own install instructions with the directory telling you exactly where that file needs to be replaced.
I will be updating these frequently and adding cars. If you want me to mod a specific vehicle sooner please let me know in the comments. If you have any suggestions or criticism please let me know in the comments or on reddit with the same username I use here.
The files this mod changes are update.rpf, dlc.rpf, x64w.rpf. Back these up.

Hello, this mod alters the vehicles in the list below. I changed the vehicles to be more fun to drive, for example, the off-road vehicles are better off-road, the super cars can 4 wheel drift if you're good enough(only 4wd cars apply), the trucks are lifted a little, the compacts are lowered a little as are the sports cars. Most cats have upgraded brakes, grip, power, and more. A lot of the miscellaneous vehicles are silly/fun/extreme. Every vehicle is tested by me.

Installation Instructions:
Install video tutorial available on this page
1) Verify you have OpenIV installed and can access your game files, you can not edit the game without this program!!!!!!
2) Unzip this mod file- important!
3) There are 3 files in this mod, they go in 3 different places. Only choose one of each option for each file.
The folders of each file are named accordingly to where they need to be.
4) Use OpenIV to navigate to the directories listed below:
update.rpf- replaces handling.meta in \Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data
Vehicles.meta\update- replaces vehicles.meta in \Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5
Vehicles.meta\mphipster- replaces vehicles.meta in \Grand Theft Auto V\x64w.rpf\dlcpacks\mphipster\dlc.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5
In each of those directories: Using OpenIV, right click on the file, click replace, navigate to the unzipped folder of this mod, choose the folder with the same name as the directory, open that, choose the file to replace, click ok.
Each folder of the download has its own install instructions with the directory telling you exactly where that file needs to be replaced.
I will be updating these frequently and adding cars. If you want me to mod a specific vehicle sooner please let me know in the comments. If you have any suggestions or criticism please let me know in the comments or on reddit with the same username I use here.

Vehicles.meta\mphipster- replaces vehicles.meta in \Grand Theft Auto V\x64w.rpf\dlcpacks\mphipster\dlc.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5
In each of those directories: Using OpenIV, right click on the file, click replace, navigate to the unzipped folder of this mod, choose the folder with the same name as the directory, open that, choose the file to replace, click ok.
Each folder of the download has its own install instructions with the directory telling you exactly where that file needs to be replaced.
I will be updating these frequently and adding cars. If you want me to mod a specific vehicle sooner please let me know in the comments. If you have any suggestions or criticism please let me know in the comments or on reddit with the same username I use here.
The files this mod changes are update.rpf, dlc.rpf, x64w.rpf. Back these up.
The Benefactor Dubsta 6x6 is from another mod I posted that has 3 variations. Visit https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/dubsta-6x6-off-road-fast-hanlding.

Im also making a hill climb event video (course map here:http://i.imgur.com/57C9Ago.jpg) to compare the faster vehicles in a timed event. I would love if you guys could record your pass and send me the video so I can include them in the video I'm making. So far I think the T20 holds the record at ~53 seconds.

I have spent so much time modding I forgot that the cars can go lower in the game. I will address them in the next update, I have been in 15 different states in the last few weeks for work so I havent been able to update my mods but I should be able to soon.
I will release versions with no lowered cars and higher top speeds, as well as a standard t20. Thanks again.
for some reason, this isnt working for me. Not only do i not see the cops not going crazy but i feel as though the cars arent changed either.
I have other mods installed (like the crazy traffic) could that stop it from working?

@iBlazeXi Does the crazy traffic mod work in the game? Just to rule out the game updating and writing over the modded files. And no, it wont affect other mods, it will work with anything. Are you sure you're replacing the file in the right directory? in the update.rpf/common/data? You can spawn a brawler and if it has 4 wheel steering its working.
Hi fort, great work with the mod, been enjoying it a lot! As somebody said earlier, it would be cool to have versions of the cars without the allwheel steering, which I find changes the handling too dramatically. The other issue I have run in to is the grip of the Dominator. Whenever I go offroad with it, it acts as if it is on a much steeper hill than it actually is, and just instantly starts sliding around. Is this an issue with my install or your mod?
I am not even sure if i have everything correct. I have the cracked version (#5) and i also have the traffic mod also. Does it still work with other mods like this?
@fortinwithwill the crazy mod with the fast traffic does work, but the crazy cops dont happen at all. I just want the chaos from both peds and cops together.
I am guessing the mods conflict, and will not work together. However when I use only this mod, it still wont work.

@fortinwithwill Turbulence is still there for all aircraft it seems. Or at least the hydra and Lazer are effected by it.
Can you put the T20 not so over power.
This mod is Sick as!!! although can you please tone down the extra power, some vehicles go way too fast. thanks man!!!!
@fortinwithwill This mod is great, but i would like to see the T20 without its insane 4 wheel steering, keyboard driving make this harder to drive.
The crazy cops mod wont work at all.
I love the offroad suspension, but the handling for the offroad mesa and the Benefactor Panto are all super weird
I just read all the notes and the panto is supposed to be crazy ^^
In the handling.meta what did you tweak to make the cops just lose their shit when braking? I like the idea but its a bit extreme for me (since they just warp speed to another dimension).

The excessive weight in the car damages the manipulation, it is obvious that when the car jumps, it changes the trajectory in the air preventing the overturn of the cars, osea that the car at great speeds in a crash will not be able to spin like in the movies -.-
