@JimmytheD I am planning on making a 1970 Dodge Charger from scratch with everything perfect, the only problem is it'll be a while before its uploaded as I will need all the help I can get to make my vision come true.

As for the Chrome, no I do not know how to fix it but I would assume its something to do with the materials when they add them to the cars. I'm sure you can set default colors and them alter the reflections. So all that need to be done is to edit the base coat to be Pure Black and then add the Chrome reflections over it, producing the same result as LSC Chrome.

@JimmytheD I am getting a PC built to my required specs. The only issue is I might not have it until mid to late October, so I am going to have to start trying to model the vehicle on my 2008 family desktop which I fear will only get so far into the project before beginning to lag.

My PC is going to have an over clocked i5 6660k with 8Gb of RAM and an over clocked 2Gb Graphics card. It should be pleantly to run GTA V easily with mods and for me to create my own. Once I get the hang of how to make the mods from beginning to end you can bet I will be pumping out classic after classic as soon as I can in the best detail I can. Not that I do not think all of the super car mods are impressive, it's just there is so many of them and so little classic Muscle.

Well sonething along those lines, I am new to the PC specs talk so some might be wrong.

handling is pretty bad, and wheels clip through the body because of the bouncy suspension... using included handling file, maybe that's the problem.

@ZANTHERA if I was you... I'd do a few things wayyyyyy different. If you'll message me on facebook I'll explain why. That 2GB video card will not run GTA V for shit. I have a 3GB 780 Ti which is similar to the TITAN and it barely pulls it off... and it lags pretty hard with mods. I build PCs and I keep up with all the latest hardware and hardware benchmarks.
