how do you get the lights that bright, even when using a mod to enhance the lighting it doesnt show up right. (Right as in the same as the picture)

when i put this in my open iv and play the car has a wierd blocky green texture and the lights are like a whiteish green also.
So I installed it as police4 (the unmarked version) and deleted all the liveries. Now the car is lime green and I can't change it. What do I need to do to to enable paintjobs?

@sergiusz005 Yes you can just rename the files from Police2 to Sheriff.
For some reason, the lights come on, but there aren't any flares (I see just the textures for the lights if that makes sense). The world around the cave dims to accomadate the brightness of the flares but I can't seem them. When I press ESC, I see them appear through the pause menu but when I go back to the game they disappear and it's just the textures. Is there any fix for this?
