This is a small Floating and Drivable Apartment attached to the Submersible(mini submarine) using Menyoo.
Requirements:

To install Place Apartment.xml to GTAV/menyooStuff/Vehicle, then load it with Menyoo/Vehicles/Saved vehicles, then wait a few seconds and it will load.
