So... This took me a few hours but there wasn’t a single bug throughout testing which I found very hard to believe, not sure though I may have missed
something very simple. Anyways yea I noticed there wasnt an ELS bearcat out yet so I decided to do this please leave your feedback.

uv mapping, etc Yard1 - Vehiclelayouts.meta Sgt. Kanyo - Handling line from GTA IV Bearcat
Window Guard is from the Cargo Partition Pack by Vertex3D and converted to GTA V and edited a lot by t0y so it isnt a partition anymore :)

Very nice model! However, anyone considering a download should be warned that installing the vehiclelayouts.meta file will result in a game crash when spawning and attempting to enter vehicles in the PRANGER or SHERIFF2 slots. Again, a great vehicle otherwise.

@Jackson Ula You have to use a trainer like Simple Traineror any other trainer and then use the spawncode "bearcat" i think im not sure about the spawncode ;D If you need more help feel free to message me on discord ! ;D My discord name: Swift##9604
