Extract all files from zip folder
Go to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
drag and drop the demonengine folder
NEXT GO TO mods/update/update.rpf/commom/data
USE THIS DLC LINE
dlcpacks:\demonengine\

After some experimentation, I have a solution (possibly) for those who install this mod and have no sounds.
With OpenIV, find the "setup2.xml", right click and choose "edit", find the line:
<order value="9" />
and change that line to the following:
<order value="61" />
Save and close. Enjoy

@Azrael YT I know, sounds amazing but I tried it with a Demon police car and it's impossible to hear the emergency lights
Really accurate Demon engine sound. You may can even pass this off for a Hellcat sound if the whine is lowered just a bit. But other than that's really good.

rpf is missing the following:
demonengine_game.dat
demonengine_sounds.dat
...therefore, the mod is BARELY audible. These files go with "nametable" and "rel" files under "x64/audio".
Please fix.
i try put this in my server and it didn't work i might be doing something wrong any help

My only complaint is that my downshift, and startup noise arent audible..but the idle and upshifts are? why could that be?
