Get that through your head. Modmenus on consoles are NOT actual mods. They are scripts, and they are not even CLOSELY similar to actual MODIFICATIONS. You forget / on every mod you do when you need to add in the line in the DLCLIST its <Item>dlcpacks:/poltulip\</Item>. You keep forgetting to add the / in front of poltulip

I have this installed but the lights don't flash only the taillights flash.. what do I do??

Can anyone give me any info on how to install this? Completely new to this and I don't know what to do with the RAR file. Do I use ScriptHook V or Menyoo? Do I need additional modding services?
