@walter does the train horn sound have to be played manually by you or does the train horn actually blow this sound on train crossings ??
i got it working and yeah it is random. OMFG i ROFL everytime i hear a train lol!!!

Sadly, on a new install of GTA, this doesn't seem to be working anymore. when i replace it with the vehicles.oac file, my car horns do not work anymore. after i remove the file and put back the original file it works again.
!!RETRACT MY COMMENT ABOVE; ITS WORKING I HAD TO MANUALLY REPLACE THE SINGLE TRACK!!
