Can you tell me the position of vehicle's speed in handing.meta ???? How can i increase or decrease speed of some vehicle??

@CokitousIgnis You can actually edit those in Paint.net. Open the ytd file and extract the contents with OpenIV in edit mode, then simply resize the image to 2048x2048, save them as dds files. Import them back into the ytd file and click save. Copy the modified ytd file to the proper location (in my case it's FiveM so it goes in the stream folder of the resource) and all works!

@SkylineGTRFreak Actually we may be able to do this... I found an article on how to add weapons, I presume the resource works in the same fashion. I will test it and let you know if it worked.

@SkylineGTRFreak Well the attempt was a good one, but as you suggested, you have to use the standard weapons in the handling.meta file. Now if I could only figure out what weapon would use the laser on the aircraft back...I'd be set. :) If you or anyone knows the uWeaponHash for this, I would appreciate it. :)

Just wondering if there is a way to decrease the average flight speed, and if so, where in the handling.meta do I do this? I like to go fast but I'd also enjoy being able to land at a much slower speed than 350.

Great job with this! I never thought anything like this would happen! That being said, I DO have some gripes. I know the Morgan is a fast jet but probably too fast for GTA. I would like some ability to slow down to a reasonable speed without turning the engines off. Also turns super slow. Additionally, I am unable to pull up when taking off and i don't have afterburners (even though universal afterburners is installed). If you could fix or recommend any fixes for me that'd be great!
