What would be the best choice for my laptop?

Specs:

Processor - AMD FX-8800P Radeon R7, 12 Compute Cores 4C+8G 2.10 GHZ
Installed RAM - 6.00 GB (5.59 usable)

If only I had a computer instead of a laptop that can barely hit 20ish fps

Could you also replace the Missile model to a realistic one
