install ver 2.0.2 this ver works with fitgir repack, copy the gameconfig.xml from the original game update.rpf and paste it in mods update.rpf , follow my instructions in my previous comment.
if you have the same problem, delete mods folder then create anther one, you need to do this in order:
1-install redux mod 2-install world of variety 3-copy gtav original gameconfig.xml and paste it in redux update.rpf the root in the previous comment.

I confirm that world of variety has fixed these two glitches:
1.cargobob heist mission glitch.
2.merryweather heist glitch (no gun with Franklin)
