Well constructed. However, the whole point of Sandy is that its a small failed town, you can almost imagine it was a once booming tourist place and then it died out, like that abandoned motel. Adding trees and buildings in the process of being built does not go with the theme and ruins the realism of the place. There is also the perfectly aligned trees parallel to East Joshua Road that are way too perfect, that also ruins the realism.
Well constructed. However, I don't know what small town Police Station has 3 Heli Pads, large barrier gates and huge fences, I like where you're going with it but it ruins the realism of Sandy Shores.
