@Nureke123 The mod works perfectly. However, unlike most, this mod requires its own folder, which must be created with the same name as the mod file. All files, except two, must be copied into this folder. These two files are shown in the corresponding image. In GTA 4, the camera isn't centered on the car, so when you're driving, you can move the camera to angles away from the vehicle's center, giving it a cinematic feel. But that's because GTA 4 doesn't have first-person driving. If you try it, you'll see there's no steering wheel, no dashboard, nothing.
